Please also be aware that Bondwith may not fulfil your order even once a purchase agreement has been enacted. In this case Bondwith may cancel your order and a full refund of payment will be made. Any and all materials, including, but not limited to, images, text, logos, drawings, voice data, video data, and programs (hereinafter referred to as “Content”) posted on this Site are protected by copyrights, trademark rights, and/or other intellectual property rights belonging to Bondwith, or a third party by whom Bondwith has been granted licenses to use. It is forbidden to duplicate, alter, divert, distribute, present, develop, or link the Site or its Content without prior permission from Bondwith. If it is discovered that the Content belonging to Bondwith have been duplicated or diverted without a prior written consent by Bondwith, or that any action in breach of Malaysia or other country’s copyright law has been committed, Bondwith may take legal action seek legal protection.
Indemnification
If a user of this Site is in breach of the Terms of Use of this Site, or in case that Bondwith incurs any losses or damages as a result of use of the services, the user of this Site shall indemnify Bondwith for any and all of these losses or damages.
